Chandi Facts
Chandi is a high-end, custom design, lighting company where focus is on elegance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Meredith Clark created Chandi in Los Angeles during 1997. Her vision is to fuse the elegance of classic chandelier design with contemporary sensibilities. In addition to her wholesale line, Chandi quickly began creating unique lighting for notable clients in Los Angeles while focusing on true collaboration with clients and designers worldwide.
Chandis are unique in the sense that they are one of the few lighting companies today that work directly with clients to produce customized fixtures that suit individual taste.
Meredith moved the Chandi production studio to Idaho in 2010 to enhance the world experience of her two sons. She often travels to Los Angeles and the greater New York area to meet with designers and clients while welcoming site visits whenever possible.
All Chandis are handmade in the United States. We work closely with metal artisans in Los Angeles and Idaho to create all of our frames. Frame finishes, wiring using all UL-rated components, fixture dressing, and the packing of your Chandi is done in-house.
Absolutely! This is your Chandi. We will work with you to create a piece that is uniquely your own.
Lead time is calculated from when the deposit is received and production begins and is 14-16 weeks for usual production. Lead time for custom orders can take 24+ weeks. While we work diligently to adhere to our production schedule, timelines are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of Chandis.
